Service Policies (Cancellations and No-Shows)

Thank you for choosing Corporate Car & Coach. The rate quoted in your confirmation is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Please note the following policies:

Additional Fees: For airport and package pricing, additional stops will incur extra charges. Hourly service extending beyond the estimated end time will also incur additional fees. Trips starting between 11 PM and 5:30 AM will be subject to a $25.00 Off-Peak Fee. Services on major holidays will include a $50.00 holiday charge. Bookings made within 4 hours of pickup will incur a $50.00 ASAP Fee. Suggested gratuities are discretionary.

Deposits and Charges: All deposits are non-refundable. For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute grace period is provided. For domestic flights, a 30-minute grace period is offered, and for international flights, a 45-minute grace period applies. After the grace period, wait time fees will be assessed.

Liability and Damages: Corporate Car & Coach is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during charters and will only reschedule lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client is responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party during the rental. A $250.00 fee will be charged for each carpet or seat burn or puncture, as well as a $250.00 sanitation fee. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited, and any fines resulting from such actions will be the responsibility of the customer. Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. The driver reserves the right to terminate the trip without a refund in cases of blatant misconduct by the client(s).

Inclement Weather and Personal Items: Corporate Car & Coach is not responsible for delays or trip terminations due to unsafe road conditions caused by inclement weather (e.g., unplowed or unsalted roads, accidents). We are also not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot exceed their seating capacity.

Standard Cancellation Policy: Sedan trips canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur the full charge. All other vehicle types canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will also incur the full charge.

Specialty Service Cancellation Policy: All payments for specialty services are non-transferable and non-refundable. Trips canceled less than 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup will incur the full charge.
