Cancellations and No-Shows
A reservation cancelled less than two hours prior to scheduled pickup will be charged the full rate. A no-show will be charged at the full rate plus wait time. Vehicles are rerouted after 30 minutes of wait time if we have not been contacted. If a client does not show for a scheduled Limo-Greet, that booking will be charged the full rate plus gratuity.
